does anyone know the name of the serial killer who tied up 5 nurses & killed them all, a long time ago.?

It could have been in the 1950s or 60s. They were all from the Phillipines & tied up & killed in one house. I’m watching CSI & 6 showgirls who lived together were all tied up & stabbled & it reminded me of the earlier crime. I don’t remember who the killer was…but it was a famous crime. I seem to remember it was in the MidWest..but I could be wrong. Thanks

But he wasn’t in fact a serial killer as he did not kill unrelated people at different times with a cooling of period in between each murder, rather he killed a group of women at one time.

He was a mass murderer who systematically killed eight student nurses from South Chicago Community Hospital, Chicago, Illinois on July 14, 1966.

The nurses he killed were:
Gloria Davy,
Patricia Matusek,
Nina Schmale,
Pamela Wilkening,
Suzanne Farris,
Mary Ann Jordan,
Merlita Gargullo,
and Valentina Pasion

Only one person survived, a student nurse called Corazon Amurao, and she did only because she hid under a bed during the whole massacre.
